Excellent experiences
Hello, I am from North Dakota USA and would like to share , with you, some of my experiences I’ve had since getting acquainted with Chuck Chu. Chuck is the guy that responded to my first inquiry pertaining to purchasing hyperbaric chambers from abroad. I am pretty familiar the science of hyperbaric medicine but needed guidance on how to start a business in this field.
I knew right away that Chuck was that guy. He is very knowledgeable and helpful and represents one of the best hyperbaric manufacturers that I know of. I was impressed by several of the features that the competition doesn’t offer. The curved zippers featured on two of their models was very impressive. This innovative design not only gives better durability, but also allows for simpler entering and exiting, due to a much wider opening. Another major accessory is the multi-selection valve. This feature allows the user to dial in their preferred pressure setting. By do so, the user can choose to gradually increase pressure settings until the desired setting is obtained. Also, the user can pre-set the desired pressure level and then let the selection valve maintain that constant pressure, throughout the session.
As mentioned earlier, I was impressed by Chuck's knowledge of these products, and I later learned the quality and innovative design. All that I had to do was be convinced that purchasing from an overseas company was safe and easy. I was so impressed by the quality of the product, that I rationalized that never getting to try the product was more troubling than if I paid for it and never received it. Chuck was again, very understanding and patient. Once I finally decided to wire the money, I got immediate response and follow up pictures of the manufacturing and graphic design progress.
I couldn't be happier with the quality products that I've been receiving from Chuck and company! I have developed a wonderful business relationship, as well as friendship with Chuck Chu.
